Welcome to paradise!
Our story
Our dream began 13 years ago when we purchased this incredible lot in this magical place. It took a three year process of designing and then a two year construction process. After working to make this dream a reality we are ready to welcome you to paradise. Our manager has an extensive background in hospitality and tourism and is ready to help you with any questions or advice to make your dream vacation a reality.

Whether you come to Belize for relaxation or for adventure, the Jewel has something for everyone! World class diving, snorkeling and water adventures await. Kayak or paddle board if you choose. If hiking is your thing, you will not be disappointed. Birdwatching, waterfalls and zip lining are close by. Explore the charming villages of Hopkins or Sittee River. Excellent dining options are nearby.
Meet your hosts
Dean & Deena have traveled extensively and know what people want in a vacation destination. With their customer service backgrounds and her years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, rest assured they will do everything possible to make your stay perfect. They fell in love with Belize while sailing there and decided to make Belize their home. Both are advanced scuba divers and are very knowledgeable on the many things the Jewel has to offer. Whether you want recommendations on tours, dining, independent exploring or just an extra towel, they will be available to help and look forward to hosting you at Pelicans Crossing.

Enjoy our luxury vacation rental Pelicans Crossing Seaside ESCAPE! We are located just south of the resort area in a quiet private neighborhood with many vacation home rentals as well as full time residences. We are on one of the best beaches in the area. Sittee Point is within walking distance to Sittee River Marina, The Curve Bar and Mangos Beachfront Bar. In phase two there are many more restaurants offering a wide selection of choices including vegetarian options. Butterfly Spa & the Oasis Gym and Coffee shop are close by. We are located close enough to the charming villages of Hopkins & Sittee River to explore by golf cart with rentals offered nearby. Your beach rental is in the perfect location for a most enjoyable holiday.
Your vacation rental is close to the cayes and the barrier reef. Day trips to these awesome locations are easily made from the many tours that leave from the marina. Land tours to ruins, waterfalls and even zip lining are a short drive away from the beach rental.
Hopkins & Sittee River
Close enough to experience the culture and lovely people of this beautiful diverse area. Many restaurants offering local cuisine. Many Gourmet options with a Belizean twist. Grocery stores and souvenir shops with local handicrafts throughout the village. Wonderful fresh produce stands. Lots of "cool spots" for those tropical drinks.
